I know what you mean. It's stunning and ballsy, if you ask me, just outright saying that, being like, "this is how fucked up Belarus was after Chernobyl, kthxbai" Y'know? Like... Ugh, I'm not good at this. It's out there, but it's not gasp-worthy.
