Well, it could have been that case because verbs forms change a little bit depending on the dialect (for example, Argentinian Spanish), but the actual mistake here is that "ha hecho" is third singular person, so subject (first person singular) and verb don't match. That's why it should be "he hecho", which is the first singular person ^^. Spanish verbs are difficult XD.
